ONGOING SONG COMPETITION!
Fresno Music Academy & Arts - Song Writing Competition ‘Writing for Hope’
In an effort to lift spirits and encourage creativity amongst musicians everywhere,
Fresno Music Academy & Arts has decided to hold a ‘hope’ themed song-writing
competition. Make sure to read the rules closely!
• DEADLINE: August 25th
• THEME: Hope (uplifting, positive)
• CATEGORIES: 18+ or below 18
• SONG REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 2 minutes, maximum of 5. Keep the
lyrics clean.
• SUBMISSIONS: Submit your song to us at info@fresnomusicacademy.com
along with your name, photo, and a short song description.
• PRIZE: The winner of the 18+ category will receive $250, and the 18 and under
winner will receive $100!
• OTHER INFORMATION: We will be posting submissions to our FMAA
Facebook page as we receive them, and you will be required to sign a release
upon entering this contest. Writers will retain all rights to their songs, lyrics, and
compositions.
